Misting Systems

Misters work with evaporative cooling – the natural cooling effect that happens when water evaporates in warm air. Water is forced through very small nozzles to create a fine mist or a very, very fine fog. As the droplets of water evaporate they cool the air immediately around them.

Misting Systems can be used for evaporative cooling, humidification and dust control. Misting systems consume far less energy in comparison to conventional air-conditioning units. We supply and install Misting Systems for all residential, commercial and industrial markets.

Q: Do you need a pump for a misting system?
A: While low pressure mister systems operate off your home’s natural water pressure, most people will need a pump to make their misting system truly effective, as the small, fine water droplets required for quick evaporation cannot be achieved by low water pressure

Q: How much water do misting systems use?
A: Water usage of a misting system simply depends on the type of system used, but it is said that between 600ml and 800ml of water is used approximately per minute.

Q: How often should the filters be replaced?
A: Filter cartridges should be replaced every 3 months or when the filter cartridge is noticeably dirty.

Q: What is the minimum and maximum operating pressure?
